We've been busy

 A number of years ago you cared for my mother, both in the care home and then the nursing home. The care you offered her was exceptional. As a family we could not have wished for more.
I felt I had to write in these most difficult of times l, knowing that you will be affording the same level of care and compassion to your current residents under what must be exceptionally difficult times.
You are all kind people and my heart goes out to you all. Stay safe and God bless you all for the amazing work you do - hard enough under normal circumstances let alone in the situation you now find yourselves in.

 Hi all, Just seen the sacrifice and dedication you and your staff showed during the early days of the Covid outbreak and I’m sure, still ongoing. You are all a credit to our Nation and the world. Only through Service to others do we experience true happiness and purpose in life. I hope in these trying times you find the time to reflect and absorb these experiences and find a measure of peace and comfort in the knowledge that you stood up in our hour of need to protect those in your care. You are the embodiment of the generation that won the war. All the best
